- Leave Benefits: 1.5 days of paid leave per completed month of service, non-carry forwardable to the next calendar year.
- No Annual Increments or DA: The contractual remuneration remains unchanged during the term.
Terms of Appointment
- Contract Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and departmental requirements. However, the tenure cannot exceed 5 years post-superannuation.
